No More Noobs is based on Half-Life, Half-Life2, Garry's mod 10, Counterstrike and the maker's personal experiances in Life, the universe, and everything... so lets start with the basics:

Halflife and halflife2 are basicly about a quite but appearantly 'brilliant' MIT scientist named Gordon Freeman.
He never says a word, and according to the games, he's never had any experience with weapons or combat, untill the shit starts hitting the fence around him, then he miraculasly turns into an unstoppable killing machine.
I wont spoil the story for you, for that you'll have to drop by Concerned, but take it from me, at times, you'll be at the edge of your seat(comfy, innit?).

Garry's Mod 10 is what is known as a Sandbox mod; a modifacation for a game that will allow you to mess around with the game and any/all objects, without actually physicly harming the game itself, Concerned, PHW-online and our very own NoMoreNoobs are some exelent examples of what can be done with it.

Counterstrike was, or rather still is, one of the most popular mods currently in rotation.
In its very basics, it is a multyplayer oriented mod about 2 teams(terrorists and counter-terrorists) facing of to gain supremecy over the map.
Unfortunantly, Counterstrike in its magnificants has also breeded a true terror onto itself; the noob.
Now pay attention, theres a difference between noob and newby(which is explained in gamers Glossery on CAD)
Noobs are naturly the most HATED of all gamers, they use VERY poor grammar, call everything gay and will shamelessly spam any chat channal with annoying requests for the CS map 'Dust' .
